Domestic Postage 

Runway,2,3 offers $9.95 shipping Australia wide and FREE shipping for all orders over $100 AUD.

We delivers products ordered by you via Fastway Courier’s the & Australia Post service

All delivery is subject to availability. If there is a delay you will be notified in writing & provided with a new delivery estimated time.

All people who have placed online orders and have agreed to have their order left at their door if no one is home to sign agree to the take full responsibility for all purchases. These purchases are deemed to have been delivered by the receiver and Runway,2,3 will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

If your local area cannot be serviced via Fastway, we use Australia Post as our alternative & provide a Tracking Number as per standard protocol.

*All orders are will be processed on the next following day after your order has been placed. If the following day is NOT a business day then you will need to take this into consideration upon allowing the correct delivery times for your items.

International Shipping

We use Australia Post for all International Deliveries. Once your purchase is made we will issue a Tracking Number along with an estimated date of arrival so that you can track your parcels every move. Approximate days for International deliveries are between 4-9 business days subject to your country. Should you require Express International Shipping, please contact us on info@runway23.com.au so that we can arrange this. Extra fees may be applicable.

GENERAL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY IS $40 FLAT RATE SHIPPING.

TRACKING

Once your purchase is finalised you will receive a Order Confirmation which will provide a tracking number for you to locate your purchase & track its progress. 
Runway,2,3 provides a courier service that uses hand held scanners which record the pick up, the transfer and the final destination.
The data is then relayed to their website where you are able to access information on the status of your parcel or view delivery address details and a signature proof of delivery in a matter of minutes. 
Whether a Domestic or International customer, tracking your purchase is very simple, enter your tracking number in the required field and click on track for a status update.
